Our Self-Defense class is geared to teach students how to protect their personal safety in today's world as well as keeping them physically fit and providing them with the confidence they need.
The class features stretching, calisthenics, kicking, punching, blocking, basic falling, choking and other self-defense techniques.
We do recommend that all students wear a t-shirt and workout pants. Shorts and tanks are not recommended.
We offer two free classes to all new students.
